4 · Professional activity

Atelier NovAlp carries out project management, general contracting and general building contractor activities throughout mainland France and the French overseas departments (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion).

Its main activities include the design, coordination and execution of new build, renovation and extension projects, under delegated project management or as a turnkey general contractor.

Atelier NovAlp is not registered with the Ordre des Architectes and does not act in that capacity within the meaning of French law no. 77-2 of 3 January 1977 on architecture. Design commissions are carried out as part of the general contracting activity, drawing on Mr Baptiste Guiliani's university training in architecture as the foundation of its in-house expertise.

6 · RGE certification

Atelier NovAlp holds the RGE CertiRénov certification (whole-home renovation offer), issued by Qualitel Certification (CERQUAL, RCS Paris 451 299 598) and valid until 16 June 2029. Energy renovation works carried out by Atelier NovAlp are eligible for MaPrimeRénov' grants and Energy Savings Certificates (CEE), subject to the conditions of each scheme.

7 · Intellectual property

All content on the website atelier-novalp.com — texts, images, design visuals, 3D renderings, plans, photographs, logos, visual identity, source code and site structure — is a work protected by the intellectual property laws in force, in particular articles L. 122-4 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Atelier NovAlp. Any unauthorised use will give rise to the civil and criminal liability of the offender.

Some visuals published on the website correspond to conceptual projects or 3D feasibility visualisations. These visuals are explicitly labelled when they do not correspond to a completed build, in order to keep commercial communication transparent.

The terms of collection and processing of personal data on the website are set out in our privacy policy.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and amended French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 known as the “Informatique et Libertés” law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to set instructions for after your death and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Photographs and project visuals: Atelier NovAlp. Some visuals are photorealistic 3D renderings or conceptual projects, explicitly labelled as such where necessary.

12 · Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement or mediation, the competent courts shall be those with jurisdiction over Atelier NovAlp's registered office, namely the Tribunal de Commerce de Chambéry, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
