Architectural design
The creative phase in which we turn your wishes into plans. Sketches, 3D views and the choice of materials define the identity of the project. Our architectural approach builds in Alpine climate constraints and energy-performance targets from the outset, to deliver a durable building in Savoie.

Completion
Handover & guarantees
Full final inspection with a detailed handover report. Any snagging items are cleared within 30 days at most. Your building is covered by the French 10-year structural guarantee, the one-year completion guarantee and a dedicated after-sales service throughout the first year.
