CONSTRUCTIVE
INNOVATION.
Chalet construction, house renovation, extensions — two complementary visions, one single ambition: to design, coordinate and deliver buildings on a controlled budget in Savoie and Haute-Savoie.
Our Method
Design, Coordinate, Deliver in Savoie and Haute-Savoie
Every Atelier NovAlp project follows a proven method, designed for private clients and professionals alike in Aix-les-Bains, Chambéry and Annecy. As project manager and general contractor, we handle the entire journey: feasibility study, architectural design, planning application, tendering, then site management through to handover. This general contracting approach brings new builds, full renovations and extensions under a single responsibility, which secures your budget, your timeline and the quality of the finishes.
From contemporary villas to high-altitude chalets, from apartment renovations to timber extensions, we adapt our solutions to your plot, your brief and local regulations. Our roots in Haute-Savoie and Savoie mean our own teams know the climate and architectural constraints of the Alps, for buildings that last and stay true to your vision.

The Strength of General Contracting
Our expertise as a general contractor lets us manage every project from concept to completion. Technical coordination, quality control and meeting deadlines: our three pillars for durable, innovative architecture.
Our Projects
Bespoke Projects in the Alps
Our portfolio reflects the variety of projects we deliver across Savoie and Haute-Savoie. We design contemporary villas with generous volumes, timber chalets combining Alpine tradition and modern comfort, and apartment renovations that turn existing spaces into bright homes. Timber extensions, valued for how well they blend into the landscape and how quickly they go up, complete our construction expertise.
We also deliver multi-unit and residential schemes, where our role as project manager and general contractor comes into its own in coordinating the trades. Whether your project is a new build in Aix-les-Bains, a renovation in Chambéry or an extension near Annecy, we carry it with the same standards: a single point of contact, a controlled budget and a result that lives up to your ambitions.
